Who you are buying from
The products on this site are published by Value Method Studio, contactable at hello@valuemethodstudio.com.
The sale itself is not made by us. When you click a buy button you are taken to a checkout operated by Digistore24, which acts as the reseller: Digistore24 is your contractual partner for the purchase, it takes the payment, it issues the invoice, and it is the name that appears on your bank or card statement. We supply the product and the support that goes with it.
Digistore24's own terms apply to the payment side of the transaction and are shown to you on the checkout page before you pay.
What you are buying
A digital publication, delivered as a downloadable file. Nothing physical is shipped. There is nothing to install, no account to create, and no subscription: you pay once and the file is yours.
Each product page states what is included and how many pages it runs to. Delivery is immediate: the download appears on the page shown straight after payment, and the same links are sent to the email address you enter at checkout.
What you may do with it
The file is licensed to you for your own personal use. You may:
- read it on any device you own
- print it, as many times as you like
- fill it in, on screen or by hand
- show or hand a completed page to your doctor, your partner, your employer, or anyone else you choose — that is what several of the pages exist for
What you may not do is redistribute it: you may not resell it, share the file or the download link publicly, upload it to a file-sharing service, or reproduce substantial parts of it in your own publication or course. Copyright in the text, the structure and the templates remains with Value Method Studio.
Anything you write into the file is yours. We never see it. It is stored only on your own device.
What it is not
These publications are educational and organisational tools. They do not diagnose any condition. They do not recommend, endorse or prescribe any treatment, medication or supplement. They are not a substitute for assessment by a qualified healthcare professional, and using them does not create any clinician–patient relationship.
Do not start, stop or change any prescribed medication on the basis of anything you read in them. Decisions about your health are made by you together with a qualified professional; what these files do is help you arrive at that conversation with an accurate record instead of a vague impression.
Clinical statements in the files are drawn from published guidance, including NICE guideline NG23, ACOG, Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic and The Menopause Charity, and are cited where they appear. Guidance changes over time; we update the files periodically but cannot guarantee that every statement reflects the most recent revision of every source.
We make no promise about outcomes. We cannot promise that a particular clinician will respond in a particular way, that any specific condition will be identified, or that any treatment will follow.
Refunds
There is a 60-day refund period on every product. The details, and how to request one, are on the Refunds page.
Emails
If you buy a product that includes the fourteen-day check-in, you receive a short sequence of emails timed to the days people most often stop. Every one of them has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect your access to anything you have bought.
Limits
The files are provided as they are. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects the statutory consumer rights you have in your own country.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought. The date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
